Turn a property listing into a real estate video

Take the listing you already wrote — rooms, size, location, price — and produce a narrated video for the portal, the feed, and the enquiry email.

For agencies, portals, and developers marketing individual listings.

How it works

From your input to real estate

Real Estate works from listing text rather than a site visit. Paste the listing or its URL, and the script leads with the property type and location, works through the rooms and features in the order a buyer asks about them, and closes on the practical detail — price, availability, who to contact. The Article Recap workflow uses this style with a 30-second vertical target, narration, and captions enabled by default. It runs at the economy quality tier.

  1. 01

    Supply the listing

Paste the listing URL or its text. Include location, size, room count, standout features, and price.

  2. 02

    Choose Real Estate

Select the style in Article Recap, then set length, framing, and your project brand kit.

  3. 03

    Check the particulars

Verify measurements, prices, tenure, and availability against your listing before sharing. Property details carry legal weight.

One video per listing, from the copy you already have

Use Real Estate when every listing deserves a video but none of them justifies a shoot. The written listing is the input, so a portfolio can be produced in a batch and refreshed whenever the details change. Choose Brand Showcase instead when the subject is the agency rather than a specific property.

Useful details

Before you create

Where do I find Real Estate in the dashboard?

It is a style in the workflow picker, offered by the Article Recap workflow, which starts from a listing URL or pasted listing text.

Does it need photographs of the property?

No. It is a text-driven style: the listing copy is the source, and the visuals are generated around it.

Which quality tier does it use?

Real Estate runs at the economy tier. The playground and API clamp higher tiers down to it automatically.

Can I generate videos for a whole portfolio?

Yes. Send one API request per listing and collect the finished files from your webhook as each job completes.
